Identr is a digital business card and smart identity platform operated by Identr Tech. By creating an account, ordering an NFC smart card, or accessing any digital card published through Identr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. User Accounts & Handles
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that take place under your account. Card handles (e.g. identr.com/p/yourname) are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and remain property of Identr. We reserve the right to reclaim handles that infringe on trademarks or impersonate entities.
3. Public Profile Content
Identr is designed to showcase public professional contact cards. You retain all ownership of any media, images, or contact details you upload. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, malicious, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
